Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. Her first role was in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in television shows that aired in primetime. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, on the streets of The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career on a soap for daytime. From 1995 until 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. Her role was on the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval between 1999 and 2000. The actress made her debut in film by playing a minor role as a character in Girl 6 (1996) then starred in episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played on Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the one year following. Navedo as the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC program Law & Order from 2001 to 2004. Then, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo has appeared in several other films, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 from 2011 to 2013. Navedo was a part of the comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a parody of the Fast and Furious television series. Navedo's professional journey started with soap operas that aired on daytime television. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap drama One Life to Live from 1995 through 1997. The show was relaunched by CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut on film, playing a character as a character in Girl 6. She later was a guest actor for New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo was in Double Take (2001), an action comedy.
